The scope of work included onsite fabrication of 14 process modules weighing up to 3,500 tons and 52 pipe racks weighing up to 400 tons each. This scope included all aspects of construction including pipe fabrication, steel erection, equipment setting, paint, fireproofing, insulation, E&I, transportation, and module loadout to the final destination in Plaquemines.
To date, this is the largest project undertaken by Performance Contractors in our 45-year history. This revolutionary project spanned across 4 job sites, a 35 month duration with a coordinated company-wide effort where manpower reached 8,000 employees.
