Bayer – Luling Expansion Project

The Bayer Luling Expansion Project consisted of a congested 180’ tall ISBL structure with elevated concrete decks every 30’ along with pipe racks running to adjacent facilities. The total project included 100,000 square feet of elevated concrete decks, 7,300 tons of structural steel, 250,000 linear feet of pipe, with a significant amount of the pipe being high alloy, and over 475 pieces of equipment.
