Performance Contractors has been named #45 among the greatest places in America for veterans to work by Military Times in their 2022 Best for Vets: Employers Rankings.
The Military Times digital platforms and newsweeklies are the trusted source for independent news and information for service members and their families.
This year, 230 organizations submitted responses to the Best for Vets: Employers survey that was fielded from May through August, and 175 employers made the list — we were #45.
Performance Contractors was also ranked higher than any other Louisiana-based company, and higher than any other company in our industry.

In its 13th year, Military Times Best for Vets: Employers rankings are based on the results of a voluntary survey that covered the policies and practices that make companies an attractive place to work for current employees and future job seekers within the military community.
“Although often imitated, there is no other list that comes close to Best for Vets: Employers,” says Mort Greenberg, SVP of Media Solutions at Military Times.
The survey was based on subject matter expert reviews of the survey and rigorous qualitative research, including focus groups and in-depth interviews with Military Times subscribers.
