Recognized for its varied and extensive opportunities offered to veterans and their families, Performance Contractors has been selected again for the Best for Vets Employers by Military Times.

This year, Performance Contractors has been ranked #47 out of the top 100 companies, with opportunities including perfect marks in veteran on-boarding and company training about military, 33% of recruiting budget dedicated to veterans, and a number of other benefits that PC extends to service members and their families. A valuable resource for veterans – and a coveted honor for companies around the country – the annual Military Times Best for Vets rankings are the result of a meticulous, months-long process. Military Times invites companies to fill out its nearly 100-question survey, tests to ensure the accuracy of responses, carefully evaluates survey data and includes only the best companies in its published rankings.

Businesses large and small participate, and the list includes many Fortune 500 companies. Those who make the cut proudly tout their spot on the Best for Vets list – on billboards, in ballparks and in ads across national publications.

In their ninth year, the rankings evaluate companies’ culture, veteran recruiting, veteran policies, and accommodations for members of the National Guard and reserves. The standards are objective, rigorous, and editorially independent. As a result, transitioning service members recognize them as the most trusted veteran job rankings and have come to rely on Best for Vets Employers to aid their transition to civilian life.
